Return Window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be intact
- Item must be returned in its original packaging
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for return

How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@lurvi.in with your order number and reason for return
- Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Exchange
We offer exchanges for size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will resolve it promptly.
