Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹999
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999
Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹50 may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order in real time.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship across India. For remote or restricted areas, delivery may take additional time.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver on time, LURVI is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
